Why We Started RegX
We saw that hundreds of legitimate, well-meaning healthcare facilities across Lahore and Punjab were either unaware of Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHCC) regulations or overwhelmed by them. Most were under-prepared for inspections, lacked proper documentation, or had untrained staff — not out of negligence, but because no one had made it simple for them.

A practicing psychiatrist with 8+ years of clinical and administrative experience, Dr. Sheroze is deeply familiar with the operational challenges faced by healthcare providers in Pakistan. Through his work in both government and private sector hospitals, he recognized the critical gap in regulatory awareness—especially regarding PHCC standards. As co-founder of RegX, he brings a mental health-informed, practical approach to healthcare regulation, SOP design, and staff training.

Dr. Hashaam Khalid is a public health expert with 7+ years of experience in healthcare management, compliance, and systems improvement. He has served as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Mayo Hospital Lahore, managing Emergency, OPD, and Security departments. His portfolio includes collaborations with the Punjab Healthcare Commission, delivering safety trainings with the Government of Punjab, and overseeing procurement of medical devices and infrastructure. His work in PHC policy implementation and operational workflows makes him a key force behind RegX’s process-driven, data-informed strategies for regulatory readiness and organizational growth.
